By selling or sending your device(s) to Ved Wireless, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or an authorized representative of a business to sell a device to us. By submitting a device, you confirm that you are the rightful owner or have full authority to sell it.

2. Device Ownership and Legitimacy

All devices sent to Ved Wireless must be owned by you and free of any liens or third‑party claims.

  • Devices must not be reported lost or stolen.

  • Devices under active carrier financing or iCloud/Google lock cannot be accepted.

  • We verify all IMEI/serial numbers. If a device is found to be lost, stolen, or fraudulently obtained, we will cooperate with law enforcement and no payment will be issued.

3. Device Condition and Valuation

Quoted prices on Ved Wireless are based on the condition and specifications you provide during submission. Upon inspection, if the actual condition differs, Ved Wireless reserves the right to revise the offer.

  • If you accept the revised offer, payment will be issued promptly.

  • If you decline, we will return the device at no cost (within the U.S.).

4. Device Submission and Risk

You are responsible for securely packaging your device for shipment. We recommend using the prepaid shipping label provided by Ved Wireless. We are not responsible for damage or loss during transit if you use your own shipping method.

5. Data Removal

Before sending your device, remove all personal data and perform a factory reset. Ved Wireless is not responsible for any data left on a device once received.

6. Payment

Payment will be made via the method you select—PayPal, Zelle, or mailed check—after your device has been inspected and accepted. Payments are typically issued within 2–3 business days after final approval.

7. Returns

If you reject a revised offer, your device will be shipped back within 5 business days using a tracked service. Devices deemed ineligible or misrepresented—including but not limited to blacklisted, counterfeit, or activation‑locked units—will only be returned if return shipping is paid by the customer.

8. Business Sellers

Businesses selling in bulk must certify that all devices were legally obtained and are free of contractual obligations. Additional verification may be required for high‑volume transactions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ved Wireless is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale or shipment of your device, including lost data or delays in payment or return.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

Ved Wireless may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
